In our free Solicitors Rating Tables we have analysed thousands of recently decided High Court cases in order to rank solicitors firms by their performance, based on actual outcomes, in real cases. No other website contains this information. Our “win/loss” ranking tables rate solicitors firms by whether their representation for their clients in those cases has led to a “win”, “loss” or “draw” in a given speciality on behalf of their clients. The more cases a solicitors firm “wins” the higher that firms’ ranking. Our solicitors ranking tables are objective, and unique, in that they rely on actual results in the most recent real cases. The solicitors rankings are therefore not based on our subjective opinion, but based purely on the metrics of how many cases a solicitors firm has won, lost or drawn in the 40 areas of law we have analysed in our tables. The ratings are therefore entirely data driven. The rating tables are therefore an invaluable resource for clients in deciding which solicitors firms have the best track-record of winning their cases for their clients in each of the 40 subject areas, and therefore which firms are the best specialists in that area of law who clients can be confident are more likely to achieve the best outcomes for them. Selecting one of the top performing solicitors does not, of course, guarantee success, but it does ensure that you have an experienced specialist working for you and are in the best position to secure a favourable outcome. You should not select a solicitor without first consulting our rating tables. As solicitors costs are often an important factor in selecting solicitors, we tell you in our tables how much per hour you can expect to pay. We also tell you who the ”star performers” are in each firm, and their website details so you can check them out yourself to see what they say about themselves. If you are still unsure, and wish us to help you select a solicitor or barrister, and to seek to negotiate a fee discount for you, contact us (by email or telephone) under the “Lexbiblio Bespoke” section of this site.
